Ah, nothing like the apple-aldehydic bliss of a Cotes du Jura (Berthet-Bondet). The wine wins for “most unusual” and “lip-smacking delicious.” Crisp, indeed.

Kid Koala’s “Skid vs The Sommelier” for XLR8TR magazine’s November issue. It appears the sommelier wins the girl who is clearly hypnotized by all that mundane talk about nose and body. Or is it the analog nature of wine appreciation which she falls for?
